Assessing the condition of the item being listed
In order to satisfy buyers and lead them to the ideal item for them, the condition of the item must be established accurately and objectively.
The different types of items according to their overall condition

New with tags
New item never worn/used with tags and/or in its original packaging ;

New without tags
New item never worn/used without tags and without original packaging ;

Very good condition
Occasionally worn/used item, may have slight imperfections that are not very visible ;

Good condition
Item has been worn/used several times, has some imperfections and signs of wear that are not very visible ;

Satisfactory
Item often worn/used, has some imperfections and signs of wear that are quite visible.
Choosing the condition of the item you are putting up for sale with care and honesty will ensure that the communication between members of the Clozen community is friendly and trustworthy.
This will prevent an item from being returned and the sale from being cancelled.
However, if an item is reported to us as not being in the condition indicated in the listing, Clozen reserves the right to hide the listing.
For items with defects
- Choose a picture that clearly shows the defect and post as many pictures as there are defects so that the buyer is not misled ;
- Describe precisely in the listing what type of defect it is (hole, pilling, rubbing, missing item, stain, tear...).
