If the transfer does not appear in the bank account

The transferred amount will appear in your bank account within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).

Check the "Payments" or "Transfers" section in your bank statement. The transfer should appear under the name LW-Clozen.ch.

If the transfer does not appear in your bank account, check its status in your Clozen Wallet.

If the transfer fails or is cancelled, please contact your bank and give them the information regarding your transfer attempts.
