Clozen deadlines

To make sure that the transactions go smoothly for all the members of the Clozen community, here is a summary of all the deadlines that must be respected:

  • The seller will have 5 days (120 hours) to send the package / envelope to the buyer, with the prepaid Swiss Post label. After this period, the sale will be cancelled and the buyer will be fully reimbursed on a pro rata basis on his method of payment (Closen Wallet and / or credit card) ;

  • The buyer will have 2 days (48 hours) to validate the delivery or report a problem to the seller. After this deadline, the transaction will be validated and the seller will be paid on his Clozen Wallet ;

  • If a dispute is opened and if the seller decides to reduce his price, the buyer will have 2 days (48 hours) to accept the seller's counter-offer (only the seller can make an official counter-offer) or escalate the case to Clozen support. Note that if the buyer ignores the last offer made by the seller (because several offers can be made by the seller) within the time limit, it will be automatically validated at the price of the latest offer. The seller will receive the amount of the last offer on his Clozen Wallet and the buyer will be refunded the difference on his Clozen Wallet.

    Note that the seller can agree to take back the goods before the case is escalated to Clozen support (7 days). In this case, a refund of the items is in order, the buyer will have 3 days (72 hours) to return the item to the seller (unless the seller agrees to take the costs of reshipping at his expense and as long as the amount is available on his Wallet Clozen, these are the responsibility of the buyer) with a prepaid label from the Swiss Post. Once the package / envelope has been reshipped and collected, the seller will have 2 days (48 hours) to confirm receipt, after this time, the buyer will be refunded the price of the item's value on his Clozen Wallet. If the package was not collected by the seller within the time limit set by the Swiss Post (7 days) and had to be returned to the buyer, Clozen will refund the buyer for the price of the article on his Clozen Wallet and this one will be able to keep the article ;

  • In the event that the buyer and seller cannot reach an agreement, Clozen support will intervene within 7 days of the opening of the dispute.

    If Clozen deems that the buyer has been wronged and that a refund is appropriate, the buyer will have 3 days (72 hours) to return the item to the seller. After this period, the sale will be validated at the original price and the seller will be paid on his Clozen Wallet. Once the package / envelope has been returned and collected by the seller, the seller will have 2 days (48 hours) to validate the reception. After this time, the buyer will be reimbursed for the value of the item in their Clozen Wallet. Please note that if the package is not picked up by the seller within the time limit set by the Swiss Post and is returned to the buyer, Clozen will reimburse the price of the item to the buyer's Clozen Wallet and the buyer can keep the item ;

  • In the event of a resale of a conforming item which does not please the buyer, the latter will have a maximum of 5 days after validation of the initial order to put it back on sale on Clozen (without commission of 5% but with transaction fees of CHF 1.50).
