Shipping deadline exceeded

The item or batch must be shipped within 5 days after the sale has been validated.

Tracking information can take up to 48 hours to update. Sending the package as soon as possible will minimize the risk of shipping problems.

The order will be cancelled if Clozen does not receive an update of the tracking information within 5 days of the sale.

If the shipping deadline cannot be met

It is strongly recommended that you cancel the sale following the buyer's transaction if you realize that you will not be able to send the package in time within the 5-day time limit following the validation of the sale.

Once the sale has been validated, you will have 5 days to ship the item. After this deadline, the sale will be cancelled, the buyer will be refunded and you will receive an automatic negative feedback.

If you know that you are going to have problems shipping your package in time, inform your buyer and cancel the order. If you explain clearly and honestly why you can't send the package, you may be able to reach an agreement to postpone the sale.

However, if the order had to be cancelled, you can republish your listing.

Please note:

The holiday mode will allow you to keep your listings on Clozen, however, they will be temporarily hidden and no member will have access to them until you deactivate this option. The items in the listings concerned will not be available for sale during this period. This mode is particularly useful if you are not available for selling for some time and you cannot ship any packages.
