You have not received your Swiss Post prepaid label
The shipping label is usually sent as soon as the buyer has completed the transaction.
It is available for download in your mailbox or in your chat thread.
What to do if you have not received the prepaid label ?
- First check your inbox and then try to download it from your Clozen chat thread ;
- Perhaps the email address entered in your profile is wrong. In this case, please contact us ;
- It is possible that the message containing the shipping label has arrived in the junk mail section ;
- If you tried to download the shipping label from your computer, try downloading it from another device (tablet, smartphone, etc.) or browser (chrome, safari, etc.) ;
- Allow an hour or two to pass before trying to download the label again.

If after trying all the solutions to get your prepaid label you still cannot get it, please contact us so that we can assist you.
Please note :
If you ship the item without the prepaid label provided by Clozen, the order will be cancelled and the buyer will be refunded. You will also automatically receive a negative review.
