How to ship a package / envelope on Clozen when you are a seller ?

Shipping costs

The shipping costs, always included in the total amount of the order, are paid by the buyers by default. However, sellers have the option of bearing these costs.

Swiss Post

To send your packages / envelopes, you must first print the prepaid Swiss Post label provided by Clozen when the order was placed by the buyer, and stick it visibly on the package / envelope.

Please note: The prepaid label corresponds to the package / envelope size you selected when listing your item.

If you have sold a batch of items, you have been asked to adjust the package / envelope size to ship the batch in question. In this case, the prepaid Swiss Post label provided to you corresponds to the size you indicated.

If the size of the package / envelope shipped exceeds the size originally indicated, you will be charged for the additional costs involved.

Shipping deadline

The item or the batch must be sent within 5 days following the order placed by the buyer.

Please note: Sending the package / envelope as soon as possible will limit any inconvenience caused by shipping.

The order will be cancelled if Clozen does not receive a tracking update within 5 days of the sale being completed.

Package / envelope tracking

On Clozen under "My sales", "My orders" and in your discussion thread, you will find all the information regarding the shipment of your package, including the tracking number. This tracking number can also be used on the Swiss Post website.

Important:

Although we are confident in the honesty and integrity of all members of the Clozen community, in the event of a dispute, the seller will be asked to provide filmed proof of packaging and shipping.
