Package / envelope tracking

  • Package / envelope tracking is available for items that have been sold using the "Pay" button on Clozen and in accordance with our Sales Policy ;
  • Shipped with our Swiss Post prepaid label provided in the order details ;
  • Both buyer and seller can track the order.

How to track a package / envelope?

  1. Go to your mailbox, in the conversation with your buyer and click on "Track package" ;
  2. Go to "My settings" and then to the "My sales" tab and click on the sale in question.

You will find all the information about the shipment of your order, including the tracking number. This number can also be used on the carrier's website where the package / envelope can be tracked. If you have any problems, please contact us directly.
