Refund on your credit card
If the seller cancels the order before shipping or does not send your items within 5 days, you will be refunded the amount paid with your credit card within 5 working days.
Contact your bank if the refund deadline has passed.
Refund on your Clozen Wallet
You will be refunded on your Clozen Wallet in the following cases:
- If the seller cancels the order before shipping or does not send your items within 5 days, you will be refunded the amount paid with your Clozen Wallet within a few hours ;
- If you obtain a partial or full refund following a dispute, you will be refunded on your Clozen Wallet.

Important:
The amount available in your Clozen Wallet can only be transferred to a bank account after you have activated your Clozen Wallet. You will need to provide proof of identity (KYC) and a bank statement in order to activate it.
If you have only received a part of your refund, please contact our Clozen support.
Please note:
- Only the price of the item will be covered by your partial or full refund in the case of a refund for non-conformity of the item (condition, brand, size, colour), but also if the item is a counterfeit, if the package never arrives or if it is damaged as well as its contents.
