Is it possible to return the received item?

A buyer can return an order and obtain a refund if the item received is in several points different from the one ordered.

It is also possible to renegotiate the price with the seller and obtain a partial refund, in the event that the buyer wishes to keep the item, but judges that the price paid is not justified.

Contact us if an item was damaged in shipment or never arrived. Clozen will endeavor to find a solution to the problem with Swiss Post.
