What should you do if you notice inappropriate behavior or content?
The Clozen team is committed to ensuring that the community is built on a foundation of safety and trust. That is why we invite you to participate in making the platform a safe environment by reporting to us:
- Any private message containing insulting, discriminatory or sexual content, phishing attempts, messages asking for personal data or pictures, abusive comments about a member's physiognomy or appearance, non-compliant returns ;
- Any member who engages in fraudulent activities, has multiple suspicious accounts, has an inappropriate profile name, avatar or description, or is the source of spammy or insulting messages ;
- Any item that is not allowed to be sold on the Clozen platform, or whose description does not comply with the rules of the Clozen catalogue ;
- Any spammy or phishing message linked to your Clozen account and received on our platform or on another site.
To report an inappropriate conversation :
- Go to the chat thread you have with the member you wish to report ;
- Click on the small "i" on the upper right-hand corner ;
- Click on "Report" and select the reason and validate.
To report a member :
From the profile of the member:
- Go to the profile of the member you wish to report ;
- Click on the 3 dots, then on "Report" in the upper right-hand corner ;
- Select the reason and validate.
From your chat thread with the member:

- Go to the chat thread you have with the member you wish to report ;
- Click on the small "i" on the upper right-hand corner ;
- Click on "Report" and select the reason and validate.
To report a non-compliant item:
- Click on the item you wish to report ;
- Click on "Report listing" at the bottom of the listing ;
- Select the reason for the report and validate.
If you wish to block a member permanently so that they can no longer access your items or send you messages, go to the chat thread you had with this member or on his profile and click on "Block" instead of "Report".
Clozen follows a non-disclosure policy and therefore will not disclose to you the details of the investigation that follows the report. We will contact you if we need further information.
