How do you change your username?

Since Clozen is committed to protecting your data for the sake of your security, it is possible for us to change your username in exceptional cases if it contains personal information that other members should not see.

To do this, please contact us and send us the username you would like to be displayed.

How do I proceed?

To verify your identity, please send us one of the following proofs:

  • A copy of both sides of a valid ID or passport ;
  • A document showing the last Clozen charge(s) on your bank statement ;
  • Proof of address less than 3 months old (electricity, telephone or rent bill) or a picture / screen shot of your bank statement with your address visible ;
  • A picture of your bank card that you used for your transactions on Clozen (must be visible: the full name of the cardholder, the last 4 digits of the card number and its expiry date).

Please note:

In order for us to change your username, you must not have any pending transactions.
