Verify your identity to change your email address

If you wish to change the email address that is currently registered on Clozen, we can change it for you upon request. In order to confirm that it is really you, we ask you to send us proof of your identity. By doing so, we will prevent someone else from changing it instead of you.

How do I proceed?

To verify your identity, please send us one of the following proofs:

  • A copy of both sides of a valid ID or passport ;
  • A document showing the last Clozen charge(s) on your bank statement ;
  • Proof of address less than 3 months old (electricity, telephone or rent bill) or a picture / screen shot of your bank statement with your address visible ;
  • A picture of your bank card that you used for your transactions on Clozen (must be visible: the full name of the cardholder, the last 4 digits of the card number and its expiry date).

Please remember to provide us with your new email address when you send us your proof of identity.
