Verification of your purchase - What is it all about?
In some cases and for your security, the random verification of your purchase allows to authenticate your identity and therefore, prevent a malicious person from making the transaction in your place.
How does it work?
To perform the verification, we will send you a message to your inbox asking you to provide us with one of the following documents:
- A document showing the last Clozen charge(s) on your bank statement (you can hide the other details on the statement) ;
- A copy or picture of your valid identity document and a picture of the credit card you have used to make recent purchases on the Clozen platform.
Warning: We will suspend your account if you do not respond within 24 hours of receiving our purchase verification message. For optimal security, your account may be suspended immediately after our verification request.
