How do I delete my Clozen account?

We regret that you want to leave the Clozen community! However, if you wish to delete your account, here are the steps to follow:

1. Make sure you no longer have any pending transactions ;
2. Click on your profile picture at the top ;
3. Select "My settings" ;
4. At the bottom of the page, click on "Delete my account" ;
5. Confirm the deletion.

All your data and listings will be deleted.

If you want to delete an old account that you no longer have access to:

Please contact us and send us a message with the username linked to this account and the associated email address. Once we have been able to verify that it is your account, we will delete it.
