How to transfer your money to an associated bank account
The amount available in your Clozen Wallet can only be transferred to a bank account after you have activated your Clozen Wallet. You will need to provide proof of identity (KYC) and a bank statement in order to activate it.
Transfer from your Clozen Wallet to an associated bank account
- Go to your Clozen Wallet ;
- Click on "Transfer".
The transferred amount will appear in your bank account within 2-3 working days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
If the transfer time has passed and your money has not yet appeared in your account, click here.
Please note:
- Only IBAN accounts from the SEPA zone are authorised on Clozen ;
- The transfer amount must be greater than CHF 1.00 ;
- It is only possible to transfer money to one bank account.
