What is an automatic review?

Clozen reserves the right to automatically review a member who has not taken the necessary steps, either positively or negatively, in order to encourage a climate of trust within the community.

Positive review:

  • Clozen will leave a positive review for a seller who has not been rated by the buyer, following the validation of the order.

Negative review:

  • Clozen will leave a negative review for a seller who has not sent their order in time (5 days) and whose order has been cancelled ;
  • Clozen will also leave a negative review for a buyer who has not collected their package from the post office (if they are not at home) within the deadline provided by the post office.

What to do if you receive an automatic negative review?

An automatic review cannot be changed or deleted. In this case, if you think it is unfair, please contact us and explain the situation and we will do our best to find a solution.
