What to do if the email address you enter is already taken?
Here is what you should do if your email address is already in use when you register on Clozen:
- Check that you do not have an old account that uses the same address !
You may have created an account some time ago, but you don't recall it. To check this, click on "Forgotten password" when logging in and enter your email address. You will receive a link in your inbox linked to your email address that allows you to reset your password. After clicking on this link, enter your new password and log in.
If you do not receive the reset link, contact us and send us a message confirming that you have never created a Clozen account before, but that a message appears stating otherwise. We will investigate the problem and inform you of the next steps to take.
