Are you unable to log in to your account?

  • If you tried to log in with your username, try with the email address you entered when you registered ;
  • Make sure you are on the correct Clozen page ;
  • If you have forgotten your password:
  1. Click on "Log in" then on "Forgotten password" ;
  2. Enter your email address and click on "Validate" ;
  3. Click on "Reset my password" (in the email sent to you by the Clozen team) ;
  4. You will be able to create a new password to access your Clozen account.

If you are still unable to log in:

  • You may have to provide your identity document after contacting our team ;
  • Your account may be blocked. If this is the case, please contact us for more information.
